These terms cover this website and free use of the Orrin console. Paid plans are governed by a separate written agreement.
Who we are
These terms are between you and Orrin, registered in Nigeria under number 8529658, of 21 Road, G Close, Festac Town, Lagos, Nigeria.
This website
You may browse this website and use the live demo for your own evaluation. The demo and the examples come from the help center and API of Brickwren, an example platform written for this site. It is not connected to any real property management system, and nothing it previews is ever executed. Features and content on this site may change without notice.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site honest: it shows no numbers that have not been measured, no logos without permission and no certifications that are not held. Even so, the site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and nothing on it is an offer to contract.
The product
Anyone can create a workspace and use the vendor console free of charge under these terms and the acceptable use policy. Paid plans are provided under a written agreement with Orrin, which sets out the service description, fees, data processing, security commitments, service levels and liability. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.
The assistant in your product
A vendor who adds the assistant to its product is responsible for the tokens its backend signs, including the scopes they grant, for the sites it approves, and for its own users’ use of the assistant under the vendor’s terms. Action requests are previews: this release does not execute the operation, and a preview never calls the vendor’s API.
Answers and advice
The assistant answers from the documentation a vendor gives it, and its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Every answer shows its sources so it can be checked; check them before acting on an answer. Nothing the assistant or this website says is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it does not replace the judgement of the people using it.
Acceptable use
Use of the product is subject to the acceptable use policy, which includes fair housing rules.
Intellectual property
The site, its copy, its design and its code belong to Orrin or its licensors. Your documentation, your API and your data remain yours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Orrin is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Liability for the product is set out in the written agreement.
