FAQ
A conversation is one thread between an end user and the assistant, from the first message until it has been quiet for thirty minutes. Follow up questions in the same thread do not start a new conversation.
Paid plans continue and the extra conversations are billed at the overage rate agreed when your plan starts. On the Sandbox, the assistant in your product pauses new conversations until the following month, and the console keeps working for testing.
You do. Your documentation, conversations and audit log stay in your own workspace. You can delete any document at any time and download conversations, the audit log and usage as CSV, and we provide a full copy or delete a whole workspace on request.
No. Customer documents and conversations are never used to train models.
No. Every action request produces a preview showing the matched operation, its confirmation level, the values read from your request and any required values still missing. You review each operation before exposing it. This release does not execute the operation, and a preview never calls your API.
