Platform
One assistant,
five connected parts
Orrin is the knowledge index, the action catalog, the identity model, the safety layer and the analytics behind an assistant for your product. All five run in the console.
Knowledge
Answers from
your documentation
Connect a public documentation or help center URL, paste text, or upload Markdown, HTML, text, JSON and CSV. Documents are split into passages and indexed in a search index that belongs to your workspace alone.
What it does
- A list of documents with passage counts and ingestion status
- Reindex a document, or delete it and its passages at once
- Every citation opens the source document at the cited passage
- Questions the documentation cannot answer are counted and can become support tickets
Actions
Tools from
your OpenAPI file
Import an OpenAPI specification and Orrin converts endpoints into candidate tools with names, descriptions and parameters. You choose which endpoints are exposed and label each one Read, Write or Sensitive.
What it does
- A suggested level for every operation, from its method and wording
- Nothing is exposed until you switch it on
- A preview names the operation, its level and the parameters it needs
- Previews never call your API
Identity
Every user,
with their own token
Your backend mints a short lived signed token for each end user, carrying user id, company id, role and scopes. The console generates your signing keys and verifies the tokens they sign.
What it does
- Ed25519 signing keys per workspace, with the private key shown once and never stored
- Test tokens that live ten minutes
- Read only and Support lead roles never receive write scopes
- No shared service account for end user actions
Safety
A preview
for every request
The assistant shows a preview: the operation it matched, its confirmation level, the values it read from the request and any still missing. This release does not execute the operation. A preview never calls your API.
What it does
- Levels are suggested on import and reviewed by you before anything is exposed
- Answers quote your documentation, so its text never steers the assistant
- Every question and every preview is written to the workspace audit log
- Documents stay inside the workspace that added them
Analytics
Usage you
can see
The console counts questions, grounded answers, unanswered questions and action previews per workspace and per day, with a CSV export.
What it does
- Questions, grounded answers, unanswered questions and action previews, by day
- Documents indexed, passages and operations imported, by day
- A CSV export of every daily count
- Conversations and the audit log download as CSV too
Workspace
One workspace,
three roles
Sign in
Email and password, plus Google and GitHub sign in.
Roles
Owner, admin and member. Members use the console; only owners and admins change workspace settings and signing keys.
Invitations
Invite teammates by link, each with a role. Removing a member signs them out of the workspace.
