Orrin is a small company that builds an assistant property management software vendors add to their own products.

Our mission is to make property software as easy as asking a question, with every answer cited and every proposed operation open for review.

Our story

Orrin began where two kinds of work meet: property sales and marketing, and building AI software. That is the background of its founder, Mathew Onyekachi, and Orrin brings the two together.

Property platforms hold a lot of answers and a lot of routine work. Orrin was started so the people using them can reach both by asking in plain words, through an assistant inside the software itself that answers from the vendor’s own documentation, with a citation anyone can open, and prepares tasks for the user to confirm instead of acting alone.

A team of engineers and specialists joined to build it. The vendor console is live, and anyone can try it free.

I’m building Orrin, an AI assistant that lives inside property management software.

It answers from the software vendor’s own documentation, with a citation they can open, and prepares tasks in the platform, showing exactly what will change so the user can confirm it first.

What Orrin commits to

Property teams need clear answers about their software: how fees work, who can approve a refund, or how to report a repair. Orrin answers from the vendor’s documentation and prepares API request previews with the details the user supplied.

Evidence first. An assistant that guesses is worse than none. Every answer Orrin gives is grounded in the vendor’s own documentation and shows its sources, so a leasing agent can check it in one click. When it cannot find the answer it says so, and that unanswered question becomes a signal for the vendor’s documentation team.

Review first. Every proposed operation shows its parameters, missing values and confirmation level. This release does not execute the operation. Each workspace question and action preview goes to the vendor’s audit log, and no preview calls the vendor’s API.

This site follows the same rule. It shows no numbers Orrin has not measured, no logos without written permission and no badges Orrin does not hold. What you see is what exists: a live vendor console, a demo you can try, and an assistant that property management software vendors put in their product with one script tag, without building an AI team.
