Live demo

Try Orrin
on a real help center

Ask a question or describe a task. The answer comes from the same engine every workspace runs, reading the help center and API of an example company, and everything behind it is shown: the passages, their scores and the operation it matched.

Walkthrough

The console,
step by step

A walkthrough of the live console with example content: a made up parking guide is uploaded and questioned, and an action is previewed against the sample API. The recording has no sound, so captions describe each step. Personal details are blurred.

Try one

The sample

The help center and API of Brickwren, an example company written for this site and not an Orrin customer: 14 articles and 14 operations, 10 of them switched on. The same engine every workspace uses answers here, with its language model running on Orrin’s own server.

Nothing you type is stored. Up to 30 requests every 10 minutes, 300 characters each. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, so check the passage behind each one. This release does not execute the operation: an action request becomes a preview and never calls an API.

Results

Ask a question and the answer appears here, with every passage Orrin read and the score that decided whether it counted as evidence.

In your product

The assistant,
as your users see it

The button in the corner of this page is the assistant a vendor adds to its product with one script tag, running here on the same sample. In a vendor’s product it asks the vendor’s backend for the signed in user’s token, answers from the vendor’s documentation and prepares only the previews that user’s scopes allow. This sample needs no token.

About this demo

What you are
looking at

  • The real engine. Indexing, the language model, ranking, the evidence gate, action matching and parameter proposals are the code a workspace runs, not a recording.
  • An isolated sample. It reads only Brickwren’s 14 help articles and 14 operations, held in server memory. It touches no workspace and needs no account.
  • Previews, not actions. This release does not execute the operation. An action request shows what would be sent and what is missing, and nothing reaches any API.
  • Quoted answers. Answers here quote the help center, so every visitor gets the same result for the same question.
